Step Into Pain Free Living With Valeo Physiotherapy Custom Orthotics
Custom Orthotics Individually Measured And Designed For Your Unique Foot Shape That Normalizes Balance And Reduces Pain.
Manual osteopathy is a form of holistic manual treatment that emphasizes the relationship between the structure and function of the human body. Manual osteopaths focus on restoring balance to the body by reducing pain and inflammation and increasing strength in order to allow the body to heal itself, and gradually improve overall function. Manual Osteopathy is best known for neuro-musculo-skeletal disorders such as back and neck pain, sciatica, sporting injuries, and postural strain. However, some such as myself focus a lot on foot health, TMJ dysfunction, and Pelvic control.

I’ve been to many physios over the years, but my Physiotherapist is truly exceptional. After my total hip replacement, she got me back to work quicker than anyone expected (including my HR dept!). I put this down solely, to her outstanding care, advice and treatment.

I would highly recommend this clinic. I’ve gone to see Stephanie, the physiotherapist there, for over a year now. She’s amazing and listens to your concerns and needs. The clinic itself is clean, welcoming and comfortable and it also consists of a few practitioners who specialize in different areas of concern. It’s a one stop place for everything you need to take care of yourself. I love it and I’ll never go anywhere else.

I have followed my Physiotherapist to her new business and will continue to do so due to her excellent understanding, analysis and treatment of her clients and what ails them. She is a terrific and empathetic therapist who is a good listener and goes above and beyond traditional means to help her clients feel better and explain preventive measures to keep us on our feet and moving towards a healthier you.

Jenna Power graduated with a Kinesiology degree from the University of Western Ontario. She continued her studies at Western in the field of Pedorthics through the apprenticeship program. She was first introduced to Pedorthics as a patient due to her many lower limb injuries playing competitive hockey, lacrosse and golf. Pedorthic treatment helped her get back to pain-free activity and her goal is to help others achieve the same. She believes these personal experiences enable her to relate and empathize with each of her patients. As a pedorthist, Jenna offers a comprehensive biomechanical assessment and gait analysis for all ages.
Her services include custom made orthotics, orthopaedic footwear, and compression sock therapy. Her goal is to educate the community on the importance of foot health and alleviate lower limb pain so each patient can maintain an active, healthy lifestyle. Outside of work, you can find Jenna on the golf course or on the slopes with family and friends!
